Kyle McCarthy serves as SVP of User Experience at Sovren Technologies. Nick Wilkens serves as Chief Technology Officer at Sovren Technologies. He is the founder of MNX Solutions, a public cloud services firm specializing in managed infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Triton-based platforms. At Sovren he oversees the technical direction of the full stack, from sovereign cloud and the blockchain network to the application layer that runs on top of it.

With more than 27 years of experience spanning family office, technology, media, and commercial real estate, he specializes in scaling businesses and executing strategic initiatives. Marko Jennings has been in the industry for 35 years, with deep roots in Unix and Linux systems, networking, security, and enterprise infrastructure. He has held roles from hands-on engineering to Chief Engineer and Service Delivery Manager at organizations including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cognizant, and EDS. At Sovren he oversees the Triton Datacenter product engineering team and internal infrastructure operations.

Carlos Neira is a software engineer at Sovren Technologies with more than 20 years of experience. He spent 14 years at Experian working across mainframe and distributed platforms in C, C++, Java, Node.js, Clojure, Go, Common Lisp, and Python. Today he works on the Triton DataCenter platform, developing cloud infrastructure in Rust and Node.js. His interests include operating systems, virtualization, SmartOS, illumos, and building systems that hold up over time.

Brett Humphreys is a Senior Software Engineer and Frontend Lead at Sovren Technologies, specializing in intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for social media applications. A retired U.S. Army Major with more than 20 years of combined military and civilian experience, he brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to frontend architecture. He leads design and implementation of key platform features in Vue.js, Flutter, React, and React Native.

Dan McDonald has been in the industry for more than 30 years and is the lead engineer for SmartOS at Sovren Technologies. He is a member of the illumos core team and serves as its point of contact for security and code of conduct. He has been working on SmartOS and Triton since 2017 and on illumos since 2011. Before that he was the IPsec lead and a TCP/IP contributor for Solaris at Sun Microsystems.

Travis Paul is a software engineer at Sovren Technologies with more than 15 years of experience building cloud infrastructure, identity systems, and security-focused production platforms. He currently works on Triton DataCenter, drawing on prior experience in Triton and SmartOS development, cloud operations, SRE leadership, and secure government identity systems. His background spans infrastructure automation, hypervisor tooling, web platforms, and production security work.

Ron Pruitt is a senior software engineer at Sovren Technologies with more than a decade of experience. He focuses on the platforms that keep the cloud running: Ansible-driven configuration management, ArgoCD-managed Kubernetes monitoring built on VictoriaMetrics and Grafana, and Terraform-defined cloud infrastructure across datacenters.

Ashot Malkhassian is a U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran and Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Sovren Technologies, with extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise operations. His expertise spans cloud and virtualization platforms, networking, security, business continuity, and operational scalability.
